Dover has a walk-in service... I waited about an hour.

Up here, Troop 2 has appointments. The "next available" is a few weeks out.... Dover does have walk-in service. I had my prints done at Troop 2 for my Del CCDW. I had to do reprints for my UT CFP which I drove to Dover for.
