Reputable off-road vehicle shop in Northern DE/Chester Cty?

Have been pondering selling my 2008 4Runner and purchasing a new one but after looking at the 5th generation I can't really get motivated to do that... No V8 option, center diff only on the chrome-clad mall-cruiser Limited edition, no climate control etc etc...
Soooooooo, pondering putting some money into some mods to my '08 4th gen. Some of the work I may do myself but may end up doing it at a shop. Would prefer one that was accustomed to working on 4Runners and these changes.. Looking to remove the XREAS suspension and put in something to replace it like a King, Icon or OME 2-3" lift, upper control arms, 1" body lift, new tires, may do a front bumper & winch as well (ARB or Shrockworks). Work could require some TIG/MIG welding for the bumper as well as some front spindle gussets etc...
