I was speaking to a DCPD officer about any ordinances in regards to OC in DC. He was completely unaware of the legality of OC in Delaware!

So how did the conversation come about? Did he see you OC and was he on duty? What did he think?

No, I wasn't OCing due to me going to Dover and I ran into him at a convenience store getting coffee.
