No Seth, you did not miss it. I am STILL waiting for the State to process my request and get back to me. I will call them AGAIN tomorrow! I will keep everyone updated to my (lack of) progress.

Yes! However, we have not completed a clean up day in some time. So, this is why I am trying to contact DelDot to get the necessary supplies needed to set up another clean up. (And perhaps a lunch afterward!! )
