Hi Folks,
I'm Charlie and new to the state having recently escaped from the Peoples Republic of New Jersey. Carry concealed with my FL non-resident permit whenever I'm in a state that has reciprocity which used to include DE but now that I'm a resident I'll have to run the gauntlet to get a CCDW permit or just open carry. Still trying to get an understanding of the pros/cons of OC. Advise and thoughts greatly welcomed!
