Delaware Open Carry

Okay, so I just met a new Sig P238 owner on Facebook and she needs some help. She's fairly new to firearms but she's pretty eager to obtain the knowledge she needs concerning her firearm. She's a member at Targetmaster and has even taken a class at Marino tactical. She said she'd be willing to go to the range Friday and meet up withe a few people. I'm looking to see if there's a female willing to go or if not maybe someone familiar with the Sig P238.

I'm a female and I own the 938. (238 is .380 938 is 9mm)
