Elk Neck State Park Question

Hello Guys!

I just moved to Delaware from New Jersey and I am enjoying the laws here! However I would like to go to Elk Neck State Park Range to shoot skeet with some of my buddies coming into town. Can I head down there and shoot with them? I cant find anything in the Maryland laws about out of state people coming in. Is this allowed because of the federal law?

I just like to be completely sure before I go and do something like this. Thanks for any help! :D

x2 on what Tony said. I go there and there's no restrictions to out of state people using the range. You will have to take your own equipment to shoot clays (clays, throwers, etc.). $10/day range fee or you can buy a yearly pass @ $50 if you plan on going more often. Have fun!!

I'm assuming that the 10 round mag limit is enforced as well since Maryland has that restriction.

handgunlaw.us wrote:Maryland law prohibits manufacture, sale, or transfer within the state of detached magazines of greater than 10 round capacity, but does not restrict possession of such magazines.
