They finished that thing a few months back and there were at least 3 lanes down on Sat. Just a matter of time before they are all broken and you will be walking down range again...another waste of our tax dollars

The belts that drive the track apparently slip when it gets wet, it then takes a while for the belt to dry before it works again.... I heard the cost was around 7K per lane, not sure if that's accurate though. I agree with phlydude, what a waste!!!

Well, at this time of the year, the belts will get wet every morning just as a result of condensation/dew.
A string and pulley would have accomplished the same thing, have been cheaper and would work 99.99% of the time (and when it didn't work, it would be a hardware store fix).
