"Welcome to Maryland, The free state?"
When I was looking for a house I almost would have been neighbors. New development just this side of the border.
yeah right, feels like a police state.....
doesnt help that my apartment complex is home to NO LESS than 8 county mounties and at least 1 state trooper
u mean those town homes or whatever across the road from the Dunkin Doughnuts?
The house we had a bid in on was on So Barrington Ct. Stones throw from the state line on Rt 40. We looked at another house on the North bound side of Rt 40 but the yards were smaller.

Unless you live off of Elkton Rd. Closest to that would have been a house on 273 going up the hill just past the golf course.
We looked all over New castle county for what we wanted. Finally found the house in Claymont that was just what I was looking for. Brick two story/full basement. Detached garage and an in ground swimming pool.
Good chance for the newer folks to check it out during the summer months. We had a couple of pool parties last summer (for our monthly meetings) and it went really well.
"The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire." - Robert A. Heinlein
What a shame that we have the two major political parties that believe the former.
