Assuming you have a ccw permit, do you:

1. Completely avoid these places
2. Go in anyways, since 99% of the time nobody will know
3. Temporarily disarm yourself before entering

Also, if you opt for #2, are you technically committing a crime if caught that would lead to your prosecution even with a ccw permit?

Or are you simply asked to leave immediately?

Signs are store policy and don't carry the force of law in Delaware. They can ask you to leave and if you refuse you are trespassing and may be arrested.

Whether I OC or CC, I do it anyway. Those signs cqrry no legal backing in this state.

I open carry at the dover mall, del one credit union, and several other places with "no guns" type of signs.

If its a place that has asked me to leave for OCing before, I just CC and do it anyway.
