When shooting rifles or pistols it is all about the basics as you already know. in your original comment you said you were shooting consistently then throwing a few to the right... without seeing the problem we can only guess whats going wrong. But if you truly are going by the number exactly the same every time you will hit exactly the same every time. Except for the first shot (cold fire) which for the pistol is to close to tell the difference. Granted we are human and can not shoot exactly the same with every shot. Unless we shoot everyday like some in the military. Okay... now it could be trigger control which effect the left and right. but it can also be how your grip the pistol. so pistols you have to squeeze the pistol grip tight. of course this goes against everything else that the basics teach us. But it is how some weapons work. I have never fired the G23 so don't know if that is true. if you are still having problems up the weapon in a stand and take the human element out of the equations and see if the weapon fires the same. if so it is the weapon or the ammo not how you are shooting. Ammo that is done by machine is never accurate and can throw off your group. Very rare for pistols since you are not shooting at distance. I hope this helps. Good luck.
