Last night, I picked up a Ruger 22/45 Lite from our neighborhood FFL, Viper98. Today, I went down to ENSF with a friend and broke it in. Put around 250 rounds of Blazer bulk ammo through it, 100 rounds of Federal Gameshok and 40 of CCI Mini Mag. It ate it well very well, had 3 failures to feed, but out of almost 400 rounds, I'm happy. The sights were off a little to the left (3" at 30ft), but they adjusted easily. I put around 120 rounds through it myself, with a new shooter doing the rest. Somehow, my friend prefers the 22/45 over my Beretta PX4 .40. I can't figure out why...
The stock sights are pretty nice, but it came with a rail kit, so now I'm debating if I want to add an optic of some sort... red dot or maybe a low power scope?
Thanks, Viper98 for the sale!
