I took a trip to my local Walmart last night and ended up walking around the sporting goods section just to see what they had. They never have any ammo so I sort of stopped going back there....

I knew they carried SOG knives and machetes, and Kershaw and Spyderco knives.

But to my surprise, I also found:

Surefire 123A lithium batteries (2 for $4.97)
SOG Responder Bag ($24.97)
SOG BDU type pants
SOG Double AR mag pouch
SOG radio pouch
Lula AR-15 magazine loader ($30)
Blackhawk 1" swivels (2 for $9.97)
Blackhawk SERPA holsters
Other Blackhawk products
MFT Classic M16 magazine couplers
MFT Classic AR-15 grips
Other AR-15 accessories by MFT
Fieldline ROE Sling Pack ($27.97)
Plano Shot Shell Box ($6.97)
Camillus 3-day survival kit (first aid?) ($34.97)
Plastic Ammo boxes w/ O-Rings
Various water/weather proof containers

Since when does Walmart carry Blackhawk items and these other AR-15 things? I'm not sure about the MFT brand of accessories. But the bags and ammo boxes looked relatively nice.

I could write out a decent Christmas gift list just at Walmart...

But they aren't OC friendly...

I've never tried to OC there. I just read on here where some folks have had issues in the past and thought someone contacted corporate and was told the stores are not OC friendly. Maybe I was mistaken and read it somewhere else...

I've OC'ed in the New Castle, Kirkwood, Dover, Middletown and Lancaster Walmarts and never had any issues.

I thought they said they would sell made in America back in the 80s? :troll:

Maybe they were talking about 2080. So at least it's happening sooner rather than later.
