Delaware Open Carry

Came across this by accident and thought I'd post it up for those folks that are less handy looking for a mounting system for the vehicle that's ready to go..... Or even the do it yourselfers that can replicate this type of thing with a navi mount from Walmart and a little Home Depot-ology.. Lol
