Polymer Mags: Magpul vs. Amend2

I'm familiar with the Magpul PMAGs. I own a few and they're nice....

Just curious if anyone has used the Amend2 Mod2 polymer magazines for their AR-15?

If so, what do you think? How do they compare to Magpul PMAGs?

Opinions are appreciated! Thank you.

Thank YOU! Now I know Surefire makes 100 round mags!

Weight Empty, 9.6 ounces. Weight Loaded, 3.3 pounds.

Wonder what that is gonna feel like holding the rifle.

I know guys with the Amend mags. They seem to function as they should.

As an update to this thread, I ordered some of the Amend2 mags recently. They were on sale at Ammunition Depot for just under $8 each.

Will post my thoughts upon inspection, and a review later after a trip to the range.

I see they have a 6 pack at that price, not a bad deal!

My update, I bought a few Magpul Maglinks for some 40 round mags. It was a lot cheaper than any of the large capacity mags you see, you just have to practice flipping.

That's 80 rounds available Bubba!
