Military surplus holsters - Delaware Open Carry
Paddle holsters, belt holsters, shoulder holsters, magazine pouches, belts, concealed clothing -- discuss here.

Hello! I'm new to the group and new to open carrying. I've owned a handgun for many years but since moving to Wilmington more and more I've been feeling the need to start carrying. I haven't picked out a holster yet but I stumbled across these vintage surplus holsters that I actually rather like. They look a bit less aggressive to me I guess. The question is, since the handle is covered by a flap would a policeman take issue with it or is it still considered openly visible?
