I have several holsters, both IWB and OWB. Bought a DeSanti Thumb Break holster for my XDm .40 and absolutely LOVE it.
It's adjustable for how high it sits based on where you feed your belt through it and even using the lower setting, it's sitting high enough to have completely concealed with a normal t-shirt worn untucked. This is simply the most comfortable and easy to draw holster I've used.
