looks like some folks think it is, or may be, infringing.

they must apply strict, not intermediate scrutiny. a long read, but basically, it sounds like they are saying, this is unconstitutional, in their opinion.
i guess this sets the stage for scotus now. cali/il discticts.. 9 and ??? say it's ok. they guys say no for the 4th.
they also used a 14th amendment, equal protection argument, but that got shot down. bummer. (the leo exclusion)
so... now this, the DC permit issue, and peruta in cali/9th are all issues pending conclusion...
wonder how interesting 2016 will be if all these things drop at the same time. and when scotus will finally wade in.
