BURGLARY SUSPECTS: At least two suspects will be charged for burglarizing a home in Pierson Farms in Brandywine Hundred, where $20,000 worth of items were taken, police said. The burglary happened shortly before 4:20 p.m. Sunday in the 3300 block of Pierson Drive. Police said the owner took a list of stolen items to local pawn shops, and a store owner called after two males pawned property. Police searched one of the suspects' homes, which was also in Pierson Farms, and found jewelry. They also learned that more jewelry was pawned at a Cash for Gold store in Concord Mall, which they recovered, police said. Detectives learned two suspects dumped jewelry and a shotgun taken from the home into Hoopes Reservoir. Police searched the reservoir and found jewelry in a pillowcase and the shotgun. Charges against the unnamed suspects had not been filed Wednesday and a third person may have been involved, police said.
