Guy shot multiple times, kid in back seat, two women in front and nobody saw nothing. Yeah, right. Looking at his record I'd bet everyone knew who shot him.

Wilmington police confirmed through fingerprints the identity of a man shot dead Thursday as he sat in a car on the city's north side.
The victim is 20-year-old Tommear G. Tinnin, whose last known address was in the 1000 block of Chestnut St., Wilmington police Master Sgt. Steven Barnes said.
His death brings the number of homicides in the city to 14 for the year. Eleven of them were fatal shootings.
Tinnin was sitting in the rear driver's side of a blue Chevrolet Malibu about 3:40 p.m. at 23rd and Washington streets when a gunman fired the shots that killed him.
The 2-year-old girl seated next to him and the two female occupants in the front seat were not injured in the spray of gunfire.
The driver sped to Wilmington Hospital, but doctors could not save Tinnin, who was pronounced dead at 4:50 p.m.
Neighbors on the block reported hearing as many as 10 gunshots.
Detectives Friday continued to investigate the homicide and had no suspect information to release.
The victim was a repeat offender with a long criminal history dating to 2002, court records show.
A Dec. 7 story in The News Journal stated that Tinnin, who was out on bail at the time, was arrested Dec. 3 outside the New Castle County Courthouse on weapons charges during his brother's drug delivery trial.
At the time, it was his sixth arrest in four months.
When Tinnin was 14, he was first charged with disorderly conduct, a charge that was later dismissed without prejudice, court records show.
Between October 2002 and Thursday, his records show he had been arrested on 42 assorted charges, and was found guilty in nine of the cases.
The remaining 33 offenses were either not prosecuted or dismissed, court records indicate.
In 2005, he was convicted of possessing a deadly weapon with the serial number obliterated and illegal possession of a deadly weapon, and was committed to the state Department of Correction work release program and probation.
He was last arrested Nov. 28 for third-degree assault, a charge that was later dismissed without prejudice.
Detectives are asking for tips from the public to solve this crime.
