Fundraiser to Support Delaware Open Carry!

We've come to that time of the year when our server lease and domain name registrations are coming up for renewal. In the past, many of you have expressed your generosity in the form of donations in order to keep the site running - I'm asking for your support again this year.

Please visit our donation information page for more details and, if you enjoy this site, if you've ever attended our gatherings or, if this community has brought you some knowledge or entertainment, please give what you can to keep us going.

I hate to use this site but it was the most detailed of what I remember. I do not know how this applies to the law in a US Territory though.

Of course, to me all of this is pretty moot as I will surrender mine, one bullet at a time.

as an aside, excluding hurricanes and natural disasters and the like, the USVI makes the usual mainland grabbers look like amateurs.

UPDATE: the storm has passed the USVI, but a few days ago, an interview was posted on FoxNews. it was the governor.

he basically said, no no no, it's not confiscation.

just in case our natg troops were not near an armory, and they needed guns/bullets/explosive things, they were authorized to take them. bypassing the need to purchase them, or return to the armory.

it does seem pretty lame. if that was the intent, seems the wording would have said that.

i tried to find the link today, but no joy. if you are interested, it was an interview with TCarlson and the usvi gov.

***edit.

this link to snopes pretty much lays it out.
