Fundraiser to Support Delaware Open Carry!

We've come to that time of the year when our server lease and domain name registrations are coming up for renewal. In the past, many of you have expressed your generosity in the form of donations in order to keep the site running - I'm asking for your support again this year.

Please visit our donation information page for more details and, if you enjoy this site, if you've ever attended our gatherings or, if this community has brought you some knowledge or entertainment, please give what you can to keep us going.

Federal court rules it's not a disqualifying offense in and of itself. Even if there are 2. Details at link below. Prince law office, a 2a lawyer.

I guess the reason that is not necessarily violent. Stupid, but not necessarily a violence event.

In a nutshell. Guy from PA had two DUI convictions. Last one was in 2006...I think. Went to buy a gun within the last year or so and the NICS check denied him. Found out the reason and got himself a couple lawyers. Won the case to be able to purchase.

Unfortunately, going through that process is very, very expensive.
