That majority opinion is really good. Here's hoping the DC Circuit doesn't do what the 9th Circuit did in Peruta, rehear the case en banc and change course 180 degrees. And that the Supreme Court doesn't decide to finally grant cert on this issue and reverse course from Heller.

Dependence on the whim of lawyers in robes is no way to run a sane country, if you ask me.
