This Wednesday in the Senate Executive committee @ 2:30 pm
On the agenda:
SB 68 AWB
SB 70 Large cap magazines (15 round)
And Possibly the worst, SB 82
SB 82 requires firearm purchase cards (I'm assuming that they will charge a fee), training within 2 years (added cost), fingerprinting (added cost), State data base of firearm owners (don't worry its only available to any LEO)
Handgun cards are good for only 1 pistol, 90 days only, and my take up to 30 days to approve and with the mandatory fingerprint background check it will take 90 days. nothing says that fingerprint is good for more than 1 card.

Maybe it was the millions of DE residents clicking on it at the same time and it crashed the server.

Or maybe the hamster simply got tired the first time you tried.

Thanks for the CLICK!

After over an hour of "please wait" I closed the tab and tried again. I completed the form again and waited, and waited and waited... for many hours thinking it would finally complete, but no such luck. Probably killed the hamsters the second time. Apparently the app can fail without giving any notice, but when it says "please wait" it makes you think your request is in the queue and will complete when the queue clears. Obviously not. :(
Probably Obama's fault! ;)

Up until I left, I do not believe the backer has been signed. Could they have done some BS after the public left - possible.

There was a great verbal beat down of Sen Sturgeon by Sen Hocker. PRICELESS!

Radnor, my understanding is that it was not voted on yesterday, but it can be brought to a vote at any time.
