§ 110-1. Use of firearms.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use firearms within the Town limits.
§ 110-2. Exceptions. Editor's Note: Added at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I).
The provisions of § 110-1 shall not apply to the following: A. Use of a firearm in self defense.
B. Use of a firearm by a law enforcement officer engaged in duty.
C. Use of a firearm by a member of the armed forces engaged in duty.
D. Use of a firearm by a person in the protection of his property.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated: FIREARM — Includes but is not limited to any gun, shotgun, rifle, handgun or pistol.
§ 110-4. Hunting.
It shall be unlawful for any person to do any hunting within the Town limits.

Any person found guilty of violating this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
