Seeing as how there are so many Countries represented in the C&R list, I was wondering which one YOU thought had the "finest" firearms? And we're only talking about C&R firearms - NOT modern firearms.

It's an opinion question for sure.

This could mean beauty, finish, accuracy, simplicity, technical engineering, etc.

So, what's your opinion? Which Country wins?

I think America made some fine weapons.

For some reason the name John Browning keeps popping up in my mind.
He made many fine guns.
Ever here of a 1911?
He also sold his patents to other foreign countries.
Most guns today still have his ideas in them.
