As others have stated, OC in Cabela's is OK. When I had gone there OC, the greeters (?) inside the door told me to keep it holstered but otherwise I was fine to OC.

But, OC is allowed... the exception is if you want to have the gun out of the holster for any reason other than shooting it (repair, holster fit, etc), it needs to be unlocked and checked by the staff (should really be cased).
