Citizen encounter at Lowes on RT 202

A man walking behind me made a comment about needing to vet his permit, and said" I bet that guy has his." I slowed to cross the parking lot and as he came abreast issue" actually I don't have my permit, open carry is legal in Delaware. Had a few minutes chat about different things and gave him the DELOC website for more info, was a nice first time at Lowes too!
