If any of my friends in Delaware that live in NCC and/or Wilmington are willing to be a plaintiff in a case involving Taser Bans, please IM me.

Also if you know of a pro2A/Liberty Delaware attorney that is willing to take this case pro-hac also contact me via IM.
I have an out-of-state VERY Pro2A attorney some of you may be familiar with that will be acting on this very soon and we are doing the field work right now.

I would imagine that even if a case was narrowly focused on only stun guns or Tasers a finding of a right to possess and carry such an item would be fairly persuasive in eventually finding a right possess and carry the other.

just saw the link to a similar case in infringing state of NY being files today.

sounds like a good time to followup on the SCOTUS decision that taser type weapons are protected. heck, you'd think that those anti gun states would prefer them over regular firearms strictly as they are a less lethal form of protection.

an article off thegunfeed expressed a similar sentiment some time ago as well.

I think that a court may view carrying a stun gun as better than a taser. As you know, a taser shoots the barbs out. Perception is everything. I would probably want to go for the stun gun first and, depending on the outcome, step up to the taser.

On the other hand, GUNS are protected weapons, and they have much more dangerous projectiles.
