has there been any update on this? in delaware?
(assuming tasers and stun guns are in the same general class of arm)
the mass sc just officially listened to SCOTUS and ruled all such bans null/void there.
granted, it took a face slap by scotus to get them to do it, but they got there.

some of the wording is "funny", as in "having received guidance..." as a layman, if my boss came to me and said you were wrong, i would exactly call it guidance.
