hello my name is Gunnar i am 19 years old and I live in Newport and decided to start open carrying because the way my neighborhood is going. one if anyone can tell me something i should know being new to ocing i have been reading the laws. and i came a across one saying you cant open carry within a 1000 feet of a school does this mean i cant drive past one?? any answers would help thanks
